What files do I get?

Vector SVG, EPS, PDF and DXF, plus transparent 300 DPI PNG and TIFF at true print size, a DTF TIFF with a white underbase page, and the underbase on its own as PNG.

What art works best?

Clean logos, AI-generated art and flat graphics. Soft AI art, busy photos and low-res JPEGs improve, but results vary.

Is there a subscription?

No. Your first image is free once you confirm your email; after that you pay $3 per image or $20 for 10, credits never expire, and there are $0 transaction fees.

Can I fix the colors after tracing?

Yes. Every color layer can be edited in RGB or CMYK, matched to spot colors, or swapped with a color picker. Re-tweaking the same image is free.

Can I preview halftones before paying?

Yes. Halftone previews are free; you only use a credit when you apply it.
